The SQL Server database engine provides more secure, reliable data storage, enabling you to build a database network to take your business to the next level.

Choose from three quality front-end recruitment software database packages: 1stSelectSQL Enterprise, 1stSelectSQL Enterprise Plus or 1stSelectSQL Sovereign - with a variety of options to suit each recruitment business.

You can choose to mix the product range on your network of PC's for example, the director may use Sovereign for the added function of Sales Reports & Graphs, whilst your consultants may use Enterprise Plus for the function of CV importing, viewing and sending by email.

1stSelectSQL Sovereign is our top of the range recruitment software product which is geared towards companies who are looking to for real-time sales information on consultants either in graphical or report format.  This product provides full recruitment software functions and is best suited to the Director or Manager of a business.

1stSelectSQL Enterprise Plus is our mid range product which is geared towards companies looking to automate their CV Handling.  This product is best suited to recruitment consultants providing full recruitment software functions along with the ability to handle, view, email and automatically schedule follow-up on sent CV's.  This product is the best selling product of our range with 95% or companies purchasing this product for their consultants.

1stSelectSQL Enterprise is our entry level product which is geared towards companies who are have a low level of Candidate Applications and do not need to process CV's.
