1stSelectPro can be configured to work on either a stand-a-lone PC, a Peer to Peer Network or a Client to Server Network. You can also choose to install a different 1stSelectPro product onto each PC in your network, providing you with the advantage of configuring a PC with a 1stSelectPro product to match the user's functions and your budget. For example, a consultant might use 1stSelectPro Enterprise Plus which offers the benefits of CV searching and Auto Skilling, A Director or Manager might use 1stSelectPro Sovereign which offers the benefits of Sales Management reports and graphs and a receptionist might use Enterprise for the purpose of handling calls, arranging interviews, sending letters, etc.

Peer to Peer

A Peer to Peer network is ideal for small number of users and requires low maintenance. 1stSelectPro is configured to hold the data on one PC. The remaining PC's will then access the shared data through one of the 1stSelectPro Products. An example of one type of configuration is showed above. |
Client Server

A Client Server network is ideal for Companies with more than 5 users and who require further back office facilities. A Client Server network requires more maintenance but is more stable than a Peer to Peer network. 1stSelectPro is configured to hold the data on the server. The remaining PC's will then access the shared data through one of the 1stSelectPro Products. An example of one type of configuration is showed above. |
