Support Options

Choose from two support options which both offer  access to training shows on our website, access to our knowledgebase, use of the mapping features within 1stSelectPro, re-installation assistance, free downloads of minor upgrades (we release enhancements approximately every 12 weeks). 

The two options differ in the manner in which support issue are logged and resolutions received:

Web Support: You will also have the ability to raise unlimited support issues via our website Support Portal to be handled by our technical engineers and receive resolution to your issues by email.

Telephone Support: You will have access to a Telephone Support Helpdesk between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for resolution of your 1stSelectPro issues by telephone or by remote access to your PC.

In addition through our partnership with Omniis IT you can have Complete IT Support for a total support solution to all your hardware and software.
